The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people each, while the studios can accommodate up to 4 people each and there is no possibility to add an extra bed.

It is possible to add a baby cot free of charge, as long as prior notification is made during the reservation, to confirm availability.

A high chair is provided free of charge, upon request and subject to availability.

Unfortunately, the specifications of the accommodation do not currently allow us to accommodate pets.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, except in outdoor areas (courtyard, terrace). In case it is found that smoking has taken place inside the apartment, there will be a charge of €150 as a cleaning fee to your account, before or after check-out.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in the apartments and for cleaning and washing used dishes/glasses/cutlery.

No cleaning service is provided during the accommodation, only upon request. The replacement of towels and bed linen is performed halfway through the stay.

The cleaning service is not responsible for washing the used utensils.

In case of damage within the apartment or in its wider area, due to fraud or negligence, Bloom Garden Apartments reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to interruption of its activities, to the credit/debit card of the registered customer. In case the customer has not paid by credit/debit card but by cash or otherwise, the immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered by the customer will be required, otherwise all legal rights are reserved.

Every guest is responsible, throughout their stay at the hotel, for keeping their personal belongings (valuables, money, etc.) in a safe place.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any customer or visitor if we consider that there is an issue with the safety of other customers of Bloom Garden Apartments or the accommodation itself.

We reserve the right to either pre-authorize or charge a card in part or in full in accordance with the respective booking conditions, as well as to request full payment of the stay upon the customer’s arrival. We can also cancel a reservation if the credit card details are invalid.

Bloom Garden Apartments is located in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood on the beach of Ierissos, which our guests will surely love, but must also respect, not disturbing the daily life of the residents.

Making a reservation at Bloom Garden Apartments automatically implies acceptance of all of the above.
