Bloom Garden Apartments is located in Ierissos, a seaside village of Halkidiki, famous for its beaches, but also for its fresh fish. Historically, it is the continuation of the ancient city of Akanthos which was inhabited from the 7th century BC.
Modern Ierissos is a beautiful and modernly built coastal town, with a rich historical and cultural heritage. It is the seat of the Municipality of Aristotle. At the entrance from Stratoni stands out the tower of Krouna, in the center stands out the Center of Culture and a little outside opposite the port stand out the walls of Ancient Akanthos. Despite the fact that Akanthos was famous for its wine, the younger people of Ierissos are engaged in fishing, shipbuilding, trade, construction of works on Mount Athos and tourism.
